Keeva 6 October is a mixed-use development in Egypt’s 6th of October City. It is located about 20 km west of Cairo, near Al Shorouk City, and consists of 16 office towers, four hotels, two shopping malls and numerous leisure facilities. The development, built on an area of almost one million square meters, is one of the largest private sector projects in the country.

Keeva 6 October was developed by Middle East Projects and Development (MEPD), a company that specializes in large-scale real estate projects in the Middle East. The master plan for the project was designed by British architectural firm Chapman Taylor, who also designed the distinctive architecture for the buildings. The project includes two 47-story office towers and three 37-story office towers - the tallest of their type in Egypt - as well as four hotels offering a total of over 1000 rooms. There are also two shopping malls, with a combined area of 35,000 square meters and up to 200 shops and service outlets.

Keeva 6 October also features a range of leisure facilities and attractions, including a gym, golf course, outdoor sports court, swimming pool, children’s play area, multiplex cinema and more. Additional facilities include a business center, conference and events spaces, restaurants, cafes, banks and a health club.

The construction of the project began in 2010 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2020. Once completed, Keeva 6 October will provide employment opportunities for 25,000 people, making it one of the largest private sector businesses in Egypt.
