La Verde New Capital is a new urban development located on the outskirts of Cairo, Egypt, created to meet the modern living and business needs of its residents. Upon completion, it is projected to create 50,000 permanent jobs within the services, technology and manufacturing sectors. The development is being co-developed by UAE-based Al Gosh Development Company and a local Egyptian firm, Maadi Investment Group.
