Rehab City New Cairo is a planned residential and commercial area located in the eastern part of Cairo, the capital of Egypt. Developed by the Arab Contractors Company, the project covers an area of over 5000 acres. The city is divided into five residential compounds, with each compound offering distinctive advantages.

The first compound, El Patio, has been completed and comprises a total of 8500 apartments. El Patio features a variety of residential and commercial units, including villas, townhouses, twin dwellings, and apartments. The second compound focuses on commercial development.
