Track 14 Tower is a new skyscraper currently under construction in Egypt’s New Capital, located around 45 kilometers east of Cairo. The tower is being built by Hyde Park Developments and is set to become one of the tallest buildings in Egypt.

The tower is named after the plot it’s situated on, located in the New Capital’s central business district, and is expected to serve as a hub for business, entertainment and residential purposes.

The architect behind the design of the building is the renowned American architectural firm, SOM (Skidmore, Owings and Merrill) who have designed other notable projects in Egypt such as the Nile Tower in Cairo.

The tower will rise to a height of 385 meters, with 80 floors and a total area of 170,000 square meters. The building will be a mixed-use development consisting of office spaces, retail spaces, hotels, and apartments.

The lower levels of the tower will be dedicated to retail spaces while the mid-levels will be designated for office spaces. The upper levels will house residential units and hotel rooms, offering stunning views of the New Capital’s skyline and surrounding areas.

The tower will also feature several amenities such as a rooftop terrace, gyms, swimming pools, and entertainment facilities for residents and visitors.

Track 14 Tower is expected to be completed by 2025, and it will join the list of tallest buildings in Egypt, standing tall with other prestigious buildings like the Nile Tower, the Iconic Tower, and the Grand Tower.

The tower represents a significant milestone for the development of the New Capital in Egypt, confirming its status as a modern and ambitious city that strives to compete with other global capitals. With this project, the government aims to create a modern, sustainable and cutting-edge city for the future, attracting investment and boosting economic growth in the country.
